COMMISSION FORM

TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

  • You are 18+ or have a legal guardian agree to these terms and conditions

  • No refunds once the project has started

  • The commission may be posted publicly (WIP / Stream / Showcase) unless requested otherwise (NDA fees will apply: +30% of base price)

  • If the reveal / showcase should be put on hold until a certain date (ex. debut), please tell us in advance

  • Credit MUST be given

  • Do NOT resell or edit our work without permission

  • NO DELIVERY until full payment

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Commission completion times vary (weeks-months). If you need a piece completed by a deadline or want to skip the waitlist, consider a priority commission (deadline must be given at least two weeks in advance)

  • potential 1 - 2 months waiting time until a project starts

PAYMENT

  • Payment via Payal or Stripe in USD

  • Payment is due in full upfront

  • Clients can request for a payment plan, however the final artwork will only be handed over once the payment is complete

REVISIONS

  • Art: Unlimited revisions are allowed during the sketching process, max. 3 major revisions during render stage

  • Rig: Maximum of 3 major revisions

  • Major changes will be charged according to the complexity and/or time taken to complete them.

ART

  • No major gore, complex mecha or NSFW (only mildly suggestive)

  • Please provide a google docs, google drive or other method of reference sharing (ex. Pinterest board)

RIG

  • CMO3 file will NOT be provided

VTUBER MODEL ART

  • Half Body / Chibi: 450 USD

  • Full Body: 600 USD

  • Mascots: 150 USD

INCLUDES

  • .PSD file of model ready to be sent to the rigger

  • .PNG of the model that can be used for model reveals/asset creation/etc.
